We must ship to any destination in U.S.A.

via 2-day air from October to April OR temperatures below 70 F
next-day air from May to september or when temperature are above 70 F.

We can not be responsible for “melting chocolate” IF you choose 2nd day air during May to the end of September OR when temperatures range are above 70 F.

Sorry we do not ship to PO BOX addresses.

Our Guanni’s Truffle Collections has a shelf life of 15 days, Our Pachamama’s Collection has a shelf life of 7 days. All our truffles should be stored in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

All our Truffles and Confections are free of preservatives, chemicals or waxes and 100% gluten free , with natural and organic ingredients that we prepare from scratch; for that reason, each order is carefully packaged with frozen gel packs- no matter the season- in a insulated container to ensure freshness and minimize damage so your order will arrive in perfect conditions and must keep in refrigeration (58F) as soon as you receive it. You can freeze the truffles for up to 2 month.

Shipping Details and Deadlines

A handling charge of US $ 3.50 will be added per recipient (Insulated packaging and cooling materials)

Please notice that the packing material weight is 3 lb aprox and will be added to each box weight.

Please allow 24 hours for processing.

Orders will be shipped Monday through Wednesday for 2nd Day Air service and Thursday for overnight service.

2nd day air orders placed Thursday, Friday or weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

For Saturday delivery please notice that a charge of $ 12.50 will be add to your order.
