This recipe dated from my great grandmother’s times.. I grew with this rich hot drink prepared by my Granny only at Christmas Time. In Peru our Christmas celebration started on Christmas eve. First the family attends a Catholic mass called, "misa de Gallo" and then we gather back to our grandparent's house and waited until midnight to open presents and eat a Christmas feast which included our "Chocolate de la Casa".
